Renovation of the existing flooring in living room, kitchen, corridor, first floor landing, as well as renovation of all threads and risers in one flights of stairs, two long steps & risers in Living room, as well as two steps in kitchen. To carry out localised repair work on the landing. To sand down to bare wood all threads and risers of one flight of stairs, two steps in living room and two steps in kitchen. To apply matching finish for protection. To sand down to bare wood all existing wooden flooring in Livingroom, Kitchen, Corridor and first floor landing. To polish the flooring with buffing machine in order to achieve smooth finish. To apply Three coats of clear Extra Matt, heavy duty, commercial grade, Lacquer for protection. Samples of various finishes, applied onto the flooring during the works for client’s approval. To supply and fit, standard profile, MDF skirting around the edges on the ground floor. To supply and fit pine scotia beading 12mm, around the edges on the landing. The skirting & beading will require filling and painting after installation, not included in this quote.

As an example, your specialists were helpful in dealing with  our old carpets. When the old carpet along the corridor was removed, though the floor was concrete, there were a lot of old materials and also wires to be removed and a thorough preparation had to be done before laying the parquet flooring. Two, sometimes, three very helpful specialists from your firm - or associated with  you - worked energetically to sort out the problem and  implement the client’ s (i.e. our) wishes and preferences.   Their guidance as regards the maintenance of the wood flooring was very helpful.
