Project Description

Supply and installation of engineered oak flooring in 4 bedrooms and landings, as well as cladding of two flights of stairs. Preparation work to includes removing and disposing of the existing carpet, carpet grippers and underlay. Supply and installation of engineered oak flooring, Stability Range (top & Bottom layer of Oak), 4mm wear layer, 15mm total thickness, 180mm wide, Rustic grade, “Oak Natural/Colourless”, oil based finish in 4 bedrooms and landings across two floors. The flooring to be installed as a floated floor onto standard underlay. After installation of the flooring is complete, supply and fit of pine beading around the edges to cover the expansion gap. Cladding of two flights of stairs, using engineered planks and matching finish stair nosings. Installing of MDF onto the risers to be painted by decorator afterwards.

As an example, your specialists were helpful in dealing with  our old carpets. When the old carpet along the corridor was removed, though the floor was concrete, there were a lot of old materials and also wires to be removed and a thorough preparation had to be done before laying the parquet flooring.
