Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I want to compliment you on your firm’s recent service for us.
As an example, your specialists were helpful in dealing with our old carpets. When the old carpet along the corridor was removed, though the floor was concrete, there were a lot of old materials and also wires to be removed and a thorough preparation had to be done before laying the parquet flooring. Two, sometimes, three very helpful specialists from your firm - or associated with you - worked energetically to sort out the problem and implement the client’ s (i.e. our) wishes and preferences. Their guidance as regards the maintenance of the wood flooring was very helpful.

We are satisfied with the result and we will be pleased to recommend Luxury Wood Flooring to potential clients.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luxury Wood Flooring were our Christmas saviors! Our previous contractor failed to sand and varnish our floors properly, leaving us in a tough spot just before the holidays. We needed someone to redo everything and finish by Christmas. Steven and his team did an amazing job restoring our wooden floors, completing the work on time, and leaving the premises spotless. We’re really pleased with the results and their professional approach.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience having parquet installed by this company. The end result was gorgeous and the workers were prompt and kept me informed about the progress of the project. By far this was the best experience I’ve had doing home renovations! I’d highly recommend Luxury Wood Flooring!

A beautiful floor starts with the proper sub-floor. As Experienced Wood Flooring Professionals, we understand the specific moisture and level requirements for real wood. It is important indeed to achieve the right conditions of the base, as well as environment, which will guarantee perfect wood flooring installation

Preparation Services

Sub Floor Preparation

- The sub-floor is the foundation of your new investment, and we ensure it is perfectly stable, flat, and ready to receive your chosen timber. This process often includes professional levelling, screeding, or installing Quality plywood to eliminate imperfections that could affect the final floor.
Sound Proofing

- In multi-story homes or apartments in Osidge, sound reduction is a crucial consideration for comfort and compliance. We install high-performance acoustic matting and specialised underlays beneath the wood floor, effectively dampening impact noise and reducing sound transfer between floors. More robust approach is to fit sound insulation between joist, following by high performance noise reduction floor panels.
Damp Proofing

- Essential for all ground-floor, lower ground floors & basement installations, specifically for those built on concrete slabs. This is important, as damp proofing prevents moisture migration that could seriously damage the timber over time. The name is Anglo-Saxon, probably deriving from 'hawe's ege' referring to the Old English 'hawe' and the boundary (edge) of the Southaw wood. It was first recorded in 1176,[citation needed] in a charter from Henry II to the Abbot of St Albans referring to the abbot's woodland property there, adjacent to the land later known as Enfield Chase. The area was variously named as Huzeog, Hossegge, Huzeseg, Hwzeseg, Ousage, Ouzage, Owsage and Ussage. The land was sold after the Dissolution of the Monasteries and a large house was built and parkland laid out. A condition of tenure was that the woods should supply faggots for the burning of heretics.[citation needed] In 1614 the estate passed by marriage to Robert Berkeley, and in 1652 the house became the residence of four generations of the Hadley family. Following the death of John Hadley in 1744 the house was demolished and the estate sold. A new Osidge House was built by 1808 and later occupied by the Lambert and Bosanquet families, being purchased by David Bevan for his eldest child Louisa Bosanquet. After her death the estate was rented and later purchased by Thomas Lipton.
