Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I want to compliment you on your firm’s recent service for us.
As an example, your specialists were helpful in dealing with our old carpets. When the old carpet along the corridor was removed, though the floor was concrete, there were a lot of old materials and also wires to be removed and a thorough preparation had to be done before laying the parquet flooring. Two, sometimes, three very helpful specialists from your firm - or associated with you - worked energetically to sort out the problem and implement the client’ s (i.e. our) wishes and preferences. Their guidance as regards the maintenance of the wood flooring was very helpful.

We are satisfied with the result and we will be pleased to recommend Luxury Wood Flooring to potential clients.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luxury Wood Flooring were our Christmas saviors! Our previous contractor failed to sand and varnish our floors properly, leaving us in a tough spot just before the holidays. We needed someone to redo everything and finish by Christmas. Steven and his team did an amazing job restoring our wooden floors, completing the work on time, and leaving the premises spotless. We’re really pleased with the results and their professional approach.

- The sub-floor is the foundation of your new investment, and we ensure it is perfectly stable, flat, and ready to receive your chosen timber. This process often includes professional levelling, screeding, or installing Durable plywood to eliminate imperfections that could affect the final floor.
Sound Proofing

- In multi-story homes or apartments in New Southgate, sound reduction is a crucial consideration for comfort and compliance. We install high-performance acoustic matting and specialised underlays beneath the wood floor, effectively dampening impact noise and reducing sound transfer between floors. More robust approach is to fit sound insulation between joist, following by high performance noise reduction floor panels.
Damp Proofing

Do you know that...

The first reference to New Southgate is in the 1850s. Much of New Southgate was once the hamlet of Betstile centred on a crossroads at which stood Betstile House and Betstile Lodge; Betstyle has been perpetuated since the early 20th century with Betstyle Road and Betstyle Circus. North and east parts were known as Betstyle and as a natural progression fell into the Municipal Borough of Southgate (1881-1965); Southgate had recently grown from a broad hamlet of South Street and others in the parish of Edmonton. From 1851 Southgate constituted a district chapelry under Edmonton which replaced the semi-private Ward Chapel at Arnos Grove built in the 17th century — immediately north-east of Betstyle. The parent chapelry was upgraded with a church in 1862 and installed with stained glass windows in 1865 by D.G. Rossetti by which date it had many isolated streets of housing to serve such as around the crossroads at Betstyle (also written as Betstile).
